    New product

This Chinon will go perfectly with small game, charcuterie and of course cheeses. To serve chambered between 15 ° and 17 ° C.
This wine has a beautiful bright ruby color, with light golden highlights on the edges of the glass. Its mouth is round and elegant, and dominated by a taste of red berries and raspberries.
Due to its terroir, this chinon can be eaten now and can also be kept 3 to 5 years.
The plot is located in the town of Cravant-Les-Coteaux in the Loire Valley region.
The estate's soil is partly composed of chalk and clay.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in tanks coated with food grade epoxy. The wine is then racked and transferred to aging and maturing tanks.
